European Migration Network
European Migration Network (hereinafter – Network) is composed of network of national contact points designated by the Member States and the European Commission.
The Network shall normally meet at least five times a year.
The purpose of the periodic meetings of the Network is:
- enable the National Contact Points to exchange knowledge and experience, in particular as regards the operation of the Network;
- review progress in the work of the Network;
- provide a platform for discussion of practical and legal problems encountered by the Member States in the area of migration and asylum;
- consult with the National Contact Points in the development of the Network’s annual programme of activities.

2018 marks the 10 Year Anniversary of the European Migration Network. We offer video that aims to acknowledge what has been achieved over the last years, to look ahead to future challenges and the network’s capacity to respond to them, and to congratulate all those who contributed and contribute to the work of the EMN.
