Detection, identification and protection of third-country national victims of trafficking in human beings

The national report is published for the EMN Study Detection, identification and protection of third-country national victims of trafficking in human beings. The aim of the national report is to provide information on the activities applied in Latvia with regard to detection, identification and protection of victims of trafficking in human beings. The scope of the report includes also the third-country nationals, who are detected, identified and protected as (presumed) victims of trafficking in human beings and who are asylum seekers, irregular migrants and to whom a valid residence permit or a short-period visa has been issued.
